myGoMobile set out to modernize how riders interact with public transit offering a seamless platform for mobile ticketing, real-time tracking, and service alerts. In collaboration with New Orleans-based tech company MSF Global, we brought this vision to life—designing a feature-rich mobile app and a website that showcases its capabilities.

We led the end-to-end design of the project—developing detailed use cases, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and a UI system to help the product scale to multiple transit agencies.

Riders can purchase and store tickets, check schedules, and get up-to-the-minute updates—all from a thoughtfully designed interface built for use on the move. The experience is fast, accessible, and tailored to real commuter needs.

To support the app, we also created a lightweight marketing site that echoes the app’s style and highlights key platform features.

The result is a modern transit toolkit that empowers riders and helps agencies deliver smoother service—one tap at a time.
